John R. Gilmore, MD has practiced medicine since 1986. Dr. Gilmore is a board certified ear, nose and throat surgeon/otolaryngologist and a facial plastic surgeon. He is listed in D Magazine as one of Dallas’ “Best Doctors” for 2007, 2008 and 2009. Our office staff is the cream of the crop when it comes to patient care and customer satisfaction! We all work together to be able to build a team of professional, caring and knowledgeable individuals that you can access by picking up a phone and giving us a call. Our lead Medical Assistant, Peggy Miles is hands-on when it comes to patient care. She is all extremely knowledgeable and interested in your final result. Peggy has over 18 years experience working in the dermatological field and is diversified and professional. Joining Peggy as a licensed Medical Assistant is Daisy Carrillo. Daisy is a native Texan and has experience working for family practitioners and also the chiropractic field.

At North Dallas Facial Plastic Surgery, Maryann Brignac is our licensed medical aesthetician. She is a pro when it comes to changing your skin tone and texture. She prides herself in being hands-on when it comes to the changes you will go through, whether it is a laser technique for age spot removal, laser hair removal or professional custom facial treatments and/or surgery. Maryann assists Dr. Gilmore with the dermal filler procedures and Botox cosmetic injections. Maryann is very knowledgeable with surgery procedures, costs and financing options. When she is not assisting with surgery consultations and/or facial treatments, Maryann is also in charge of marketing and public relations for our practice.

Our practice manager is Jennifer Hamill. Originally from California, Jennifer has resided in Dallas for the past 4 years. She has been active in healthcare administration and management for 12 years. Her experience is concentrated in the fields of bariatric surgery, ophthalmology, physical and occupational therapy. She is also a certified professional coder. Jennifer’s primary focus is to always make sure the highest quality of care is given to each individual patient.

Our front desk receptionist and patient greeter is Shannon Foster. Shannon’s experience encompasses working in the medical and dental field. She is the proud mother of 2 sons.
